IMA HQ strongly urge the authorities to take strict action in Kerala against the culprits for the heinous crime. New Delhi( RJS Positive Media) Indian Medical Association (IMA) is deeply saddened to hear about the heinous act of murder of Dr. Vandana Das, a 22 years old House Surgeon of Azeezia Medical College posted in Government Taluk Headquarters Hospital, Kottarakara in Kollam district Kerala. She was brutally murdered by a patient while she was treating him. IMA strongly condemns the same and we want to stress the importance of taking action to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. We strongly urge the authorities to take strict action against the culprits for the heinous act and to ensure that the culprit should be punished to the fullest extent of the Law.
