New Delhi. Under the series of programs of the nectar saga of independence, on Sunday 6 February,2022 great men including late playback singer Lata Mangeshkar were remembered and heartfelt tributes were paid.
After that the Union Budget 2022 was hotly discussed. While the guests raised the voice on budget, questions were also raised on the universal health security of the government. The guests included participants from ten states including chief Guest Prof. Ramaiah Muthyala from America, Prafulla D. Seth, Prof. Bijon Kumar Misra from Hyderabad and Economist Manohar Manoj from Delhi. The welcome address was given by academician Dr. Pushkar Bala and vote of thanks by educationist Dr. Munni Kumari.
The RJS National Webinar was organized by Uday Manna, National Convener, Ram Janaki Sansthan (RJS), New Delhi and Somen Koley, Secretary, Tapsil Jati Adivasi Prakatann Sainik Krishi Vikas Shilpa Kendra (TJAPS KBSK), West Bengal.

There are several existing programs where the rare disease could have been included in the 2022 budget. Unfortunately the rare disease patients are not eligible for the privileges of Ayushman Bharat, this needs to change now.
India is also a signatory to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals which works towards universal health care curriculum so there can be no universal health coverage without the inclusion of rare diseases.
In his presidential address, eminent pharmacist Prafulla D Seth, while giving his response, welcomed the budget and said that this is a silent revolution in economic policy. This will prove to be the renewal of India. Quoting the former Prime Minister of Singapore, he said that India's economy is a sleeping soul. India has all the possibilities of independent economic development. In view of universal health security, he said that there should be provision in the budget for all, including BPL, there should be a latest survey of diseases and doctors in India and for this unique identification will prove to be a healthy practice.
The Chief speaker and moderator of the webinar Prof. Bijon Kumar Misra Founder Director Consumer Online Foundation said that India is a country of youth, which can uplift both our urban and rural economies.
Prof Mishra said that insurance is the sector which has great potential to accelerate our economy at the highest level.
Guest speaker Economist Manohar Manoj said that the massive increase in capital outlay will increase employment opportunities in the country, giving a further boost to the economy. The country will have strong infrastructure facilities especially in the transport sector in the coming years. There is a need to secure the income interest of the farmers of the country.
Speaking about the budget, another panelist former IAS officer Prakash Jha said, We should uniform GST as one nation one tax system, which is currently missing due to exclusion of petroleum and liquor products.
National Convenor RJS Uday Manna said that the next RJS webinar, the golden jubilee of the elixir of freedom, will be celebrated on Sunday, February 13.
Radio Day will be organized on the theme "Sanctions for Good Governance: Right or Unfair".
