All the distinguished panelists talked about various aspects that go to ensure patient safety in which definitely all stakeholders have to be aware of their responsibilities, from the very vital aspect of communication at all levels, which cannot be overemphasised from the stage of family interactions, diagnostics and pathology, and clear and sensitive communication between doctors and patients.
