  New Delhi.  The country's budget 2022-23 is going to be presented on February 1,  this time it is expected that the government can make a big announcement.
 Uday Manna, National Convenor of Ram-Janaki Sansthan (RJS) and Soumen Koley, Secretary of Tapsil Jati Adivasi Prakatan Sainik Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra (TJAPS KBSK)  Guntegeri, Hooghly, West Bengal  came farward to organise  Citizen's expectations from the budget 2022 in association with Consumer online Foundation, on Gandhi's sacrifice day 30 January 2022  In the nectar saga of freedom - 47 Webinar.  Tributes were paid to great men and freedom fighters including Mahatma Gandhi in the webinar.  In-charge RJS Jamshedpur Principal Dr. Pushkar Bala welcomed the guests and Ishaq Khan (RJS Speaker) of Doordarshan Delhi proposed the vote of thanks.  RJS's in-charge  Omprakash Jhunjhunwala, Patna, Dr. Narendra Tatesar, Delhi, Surjit Singh Kohli, Delhi, Sudeep Sahu, Ghaziabad etc. along with the team gave their views on the budget.
 Delegates from South India, Kashmir, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and America also joined and expressed their expectations from the budget.
 Among them Prakash Jha, Rama Behen, Ramji Bhai, Ranjan Ben, Dr. AK Merchant, Maruj, Arshad Javed, Vinay Kumar, Dr. Sushma Saini, Komal Prasad Sharma, Mehvish, Vineet Agarwal, Vinay Agarwal, Sabyasachi Das etc. were prominent.
 Chief guest Prafulla Seth, well-known pharmacist and former vice president FIP ​​and Former President IPA said that
 Due to lack of social security in India, it is necessary that the central government should connect all the citizens with Ayushman Bharat as well.
 In the budget 2022, special provisions should be made in the interest of education, health and senior citizens.
 Eminent consumer policy expert Prof. Bejon Kumar Misra said in the presidential address that we expect a budget which is pro-citizen-consumer.  Because we are facing many challenges due to COVID, we need at least 5% of GDP to improve access to quality healthcare at primary level with emphasis on generating employment.  We should disinvest all 360+ loss making PSUs on fast track mode, so that public money can be utilized for the benefit of citizens.
 and not to be misused by the incompetent persons managing the public undertakings.  There is immense potential in the insurance sector.  We should develop pension based insurance products and provision should be made for universal health coverage including OPD and medicine.  We need a budget that encourages savings to meet all our emergency needs through insurance or taxpayers' corpus.  He proposed to the RJS family to discuss the budget review meeting on 6 February 2022 and the future budget 2023 in the next September.
  Participating in the discussion, the keynote speaker Manohar Manoj, author and economist said that this budget will have to bear huge responsibilities in terms of increasing the growth rate by 8 percent, creating all round employment opportunities, giving all-round employment opportunities.  Incentives to key sectors, augmentation of infrastructure creation and raising the standard of health facilities.  He told that Indian farmers need income securities.
  Most of the participants advocated greater budget allocation for sectors such as health and education.
