New Delhi. RJS PBH'S Webinar today had the very vital theme of World Accreditation day 2023: "Supporting the Future of Global Trade". Sri N.  Venkateswaran, CEO, NABL was the chief guest at the interactive session.

 After introductory remarks about Azadi ki Amrit Gatha by Sri Uday Kumar Manna,  National Convener of RJS Positive Media, who 

 paid tribute to Shaheed Ramprasad Bismil and announced the launch of a book & RJSPBH Channel on 6th August 2023 in Delhi, the 

renowned pharmacist

presented opening remarks about accreditation day.  

Host of the Webinar, Prof. Bejon Kumar Misra, Founder Healthy You Foundation chaired the Session, and requested the Chief Guest  to set the discussions rolling with his address to the participants from India and abroad, the total number whereof reaching 78 participants at one time. The address given by the Chief guest recaptured in outline how NABL and QCI came to be established  and eventually were resolved to be merged together, with NABL assuming the status of the constituent board of the Quality Council of India with another board too. Accreditation of testing labs, including medical labs, calibration labs, proficiency testing providers, reference material products is based on international standards, NABL having been recognised by ILAC and APAC and MRAs having been done for facilitating the acceptance of goods among countries concerned based on quality assurance on recognised quality-standard specifications. After the overview by the Chief Guest, questions were invited from those participating.  

The questions raised by Ms Bina Jain, former President, All India Women's Conference, Prof. Ramaiyya from Univ. of Minnesota, USA, Dr. J. N. Singh, Dr. B. K. Rana,  Sri Ashok Kumar Malik, Poet,  Mr. Sethi, Dr. Anamika and several others raised various pertinent issues relating to the extent of coverage of various products and services by the quality control being exercised by NABL. The points raised were elaborated, enlarged upon and future goals shared by Sri Venkateshwaran, whose expertise was in evidence in all that he sought to clarify to the participants: Of course, the one refrain was that the focus has shifted to the welfare of consumers being at the centre of all the intricate processes progressively ensuring the quality of enormous number of products and services used in the country or exported to other countries as per agreed international standards.  True to  RJS Positive Media cherishing the memory of our freedom fighters Shri Uday Kumar Manna, National Convener of RJS Positive media paid homage to Sri Ram Prasad Bismil and also informed the participants about next webinars and the launch of book having retrospect of all the positive endeavours of the Sakaratmak Bharat Uday Aandolan during the last eight years. He also expressed that RJS PBH  would be launched on 6.08.2023 at Rajendra Bhavan, ITO in the presence of galaxy of guests and positive media family, and will carve out its unique niche in the realm of media for the betterment of our society.
