राजेन्द्र यादव होने का अर्थ प्रेमकुमार मणि 28 अगस्त राजेन्द्र जी का जन्मदिन है. इसी तारीख को 1929 में उनका जन्म हुआ था. जब वह थे तब इस तारीख को दिल्ली और आसपास के खूब सारे लेखक, झस कर युवा लेखक, दिल्ली के किसी तय ठौर पर इकट्ठे होते थे और उनका जन्मदिन हर साल एक जलसे का रूप ले लेता था. याद कर सकता हूँ यह सिलसिला 1990 के कुछ पहले से शुरू हुआ और उनके जीवन के आख़िरी वर्ष तक चला. ज्यादातर जलसों में मैं शरीक होता था. लेकिन आखिरी साल मैं देहरादून में था और उनके जन्मदिन पर बधाई देने केलिए उन्हें फोन किया तब उन्होंने बच्चों जैसी जिद की; शाम तक किसी भी तरह चले आओ. मैंने कहा, अगले वर्ष रहूँगा, इस बार दूरभाषिक बधाई ही लीजिए. वह उदास हुए . आवाज में उतरी उनकी उदासी आज भी महसूस करता हूँ. कहा- अगला साल किसने देखा है. मैंने उनकी बात नहीं मानी और उसका अफ़सोस मुझे हमेशा रहेगा. अक्टूबर महीने में दिल्ली होते हुए ही पटना आया था. दिल्ली में रुका नहीं . कुछ समय बाद मुझे फिर दिल्ली जाना था. सोचा अगली दफा ही उनसे मिलूंगा. लेकिन जैसे ही पटना आया उसके हप्ता भर के भीतर ही एक सुबह उनकी मृत्यु की मनहूस खबर ...

RJS PBH Weekly Positive Media Dialogue today, which celebrated the sacred occasion of Raksha Bandhan on 30th/31st instant was initiated by Shri Uday Kumar Manna, Founder, RJS PBH.   The programme was hosted by Shri Prafull Pandey, journalist and social worker, whereas  Keynote Speaker was Shri Parth Thapliyal, former Broadcaster, writer and motivational speaker.
