New Delhi ( RJS Positive Media ) One of the most awaited B2B & B2C event in South Asian region, the India International
Trade Fair 2025 ( November 14-27) , will be inaugurated by Shri Jitin Prasada, Hon’ble Union
Minister of State for Commerce & Industry, Government of India at Auditorium -1 Bharat
Mandapam New Delhi at 5.30 pm on Friday November 14,2025.
IITF 2025 is being organized by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) under the aegis
of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. The first five days (November
14–18) are earmarked as the Business Days for B2B interactions, followed by the General Days
from November 19–27 for all.
Reflecting the vision of the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi for a “Viksit Bharat by
2047”, this year’s fair is themed “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat.” The theme celebrates India’s
diversity, entrepreneurial energy, and the nation’s commitment to Aatmanirbhar Bharat,
aligning deeply with the ethos of the Swadeshi movement promoting local enterprise,
indigenous innovation, and sustainable economic growth. We may quote the Hon’ble Prime
Minister, “Promoting Swadeshi is not just an economic imperative, but a celebration of India’s
self-reliance.”
The fair also stands as a premier platform for business collaborations, technology exchange,
and investment partnerships. As many as 11 countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Sweden,
China, South Korea, Turkey, Egypt, UAE, Iran, Lebanon, and Tunisia are presenting their
products and innovations at the International Pavilion. Participating States and Union
Territories are showcasing their distinct strengths, crafts, and innovations across thematic halls.
Bihar, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh are the Partner States, while Jharkhand has
been designated as the Focus State.
Hall-Wise Display: Highlights
The fair features an extensive multi-sectoral showcase across Bharat Mandapam’s halls:
● Hall 1 Ground Floor: Bihar (Partner State), International Pavilion with participation from
Thailand, UAE, Malaysia, Sweden, Türkiye, China, Iran, South Korea, Egypt, Lebanon,
Tunisia, and Tibetan Chamber of Commerce. Key exhibitors include Airports Authority of
India, Ministry of Power, and Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare.
● Hall 2: Partner States Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, and Ministry of Ayush.
● Hall 3: Maharashtra (Partner State), Jharkhand (Focus State), TRIFED, SEBI, NCERT, and
PMBI.
● Halls 4 and 5: Ministries, PSUs, and financial institutions such as Reserve Bank of India,
LIC, State Bank of India, EPFO, Ministry of Railways, and Ministry of Health & Family
Welfare.
● Hall 6: Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Coir Board, Ministry of MSME,
and MyGov.
● Halls 8–10: SARAS Aajeevika Mela by the Ministry of Rural Development.
● Hall 11: Electronics, electricals, consumer durables, footwear, watches, and textiles.
● Halls 12 and 12A: Spices Board, National Turmeric Board, Tea Board, and Start-ups
showcasing processed food, handicrafts, and home décor.
● Hall 14: CSC E-Governance Services, FDDI, beauty and cosmetic products, jewellery, and
multi-products.
The comprehensive participation from government departments, PSUs, MSMEs, Start-ups,
and foreign exhibitors underlines IITF’s growing role as a global meeting point for trade,
technology, and cultural exchange. IITF 2025 offers a seamless visitor experience. Entry for
visitors is open through Gate Nos. 3 and 4 (Bhairon Road) and Gate Nos. 6 and 10 (Mathura
Road), with convenient access via the Supreme Court Metro Station on the Blue Line.
Shuttle services, Delhi Police Help Desks, and information counters across the venue ensure
a safe and organized experience for all.

Business Meets Culture: Beyond commerce, IITF 2025 celebrates India’s cultural vibrancy
through performances, cuisines, and state-led events. Three open-air amphitheatres near Hall
1, Hall 2, and Hall 5 will host daily cultural programs organized by participating States and Union
Territories, offering visitors an immersive experience into India’s art, music, and culinary
heritage.
